Karabük civarında bulunan Pseudevernia furfuracea (L.) Zoppf. var. furfuracea liken türünde ağır metal kirliliğinin atomik absorpsiyon spektroskopisi ve rapd analizi ile araştırılması
Özet
Heavy metal accumalation was analysed by using AAS and effects of environmental pollution on DNA was investigated by RAPD analysis in lichen species Pseudevernia furfuracea talli collected from around a smelter foundary in the province of Karabük.Concentrations of eight heavy metal elements (Fe, Cd, Cu, Cr, Pb, Ni, Zn, Mn) in the collected material were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. The AAS data were evaluated via pollution scales, and specimens were analysed using RAPD-PCR to detect the probable pollution effects and changes on DNA molecules. Ten decamer primers were used, and polymorphism was calculated in relation to the appearance of new bands and disappearance of normal bands considering the control?s band patterns. Primer Tube A01 showed the highest polymorphism. Total polymorphism ratio was determined as % 21,11.
