İlköğretim okullarında eğitici çalışmaların değerlendirilmesi (Ankara ili örneği)
The most important three tasks of the education are social, political and economic. Education makes one person social, transforms he/she in to a conscious citizen and rises he/she to the best productive and comsurnptive level. School is a real community. In a school, one should apply an educational periot that will ensure the students to live in the community's life. During the courses, their skill should be increased, necessary knowledge and habits should be applied and more over one should tell them what the freedom is. Today's educational conception is based on the complete development and harmony of the students. Educational out of courses activities that are as important as the courses in the educational program, are not applied adequately in the schools. Some of the reasons for not adequate application of the educational activities are; excessive population of the classes burden of the courses, lack of interest of some teachers to these activities, limits of the place, time, equipment and flnencial sources. The aim of this inquiry is to make a general evoluation of the educational works in the premier schools, to point out the problems and to find out the solutions.In this inquiry, the opinions of the 101 premier school inspectors charged in the city of Ankara, 72 directors charged in the 16 premier schools which are chosen equally among the central districts, 221 branch teachers and 261 class teachers, are taken. The results are as follows: 1. The aims of the educational studies ar& attained moderately. 2. The appl icationas are realized in low or medium level. 3. Sources such as time, money, equipment and concerning publications are mostly requiread. 4. In this subject, teachers are officient and directors are helpful moderately, moreover, controls of the premier school inspectors are realizet at medium level and they never make the necessary quidance. As a conclusion, to reach to the targets determined in the educative works, the deficiencies in the application and the factors preventing success in the application should be reaxamined by the cooperation of the directors and teachers an the applications for the realization of the target should be emphasized.
