Orta Anadolu süne, Eurygaster maura (Heteroptera:Scutellaridae) popülasyonlarındaki esteraz ve süperoksit dismutaz enzimlerinin elektroforetik analizi
Özet
In this study, a total of 194 Eurygaster maura specimens were analysed from 10 locations in central Anatolia. Esterase and superoxide dismutase enzymes were studied using starch gel electrophoresis and native-polyacrilamide gel electrophoresis (NPAGE). A total of 16 esterase activity bands were observed. Only Est-1 locus distinguished amoung esterases to be thought encoding by a lot of loci. In the bug populations studied, three alleles (A,B,C) were recognized in this locus. In the starch gels examined of superoxide dismutase enzymes were determined as one cathodal locus . All specimens studied were homozygous for the same allel in this locus. Genetic identity and genetic distance of bug populations were determined by BIOSYS-1 computer programe, according to allel frequencies of two loci (EST-1 and SOD) observabled. On the basis of genetic relationship of ten Eurygaster maura populations based on Nei Genetic Distance of two enzyme loci, ten populations were divided into two main clusters and two subgroups in each cluster; 1: Kırıkkale (subgroup1), Beynam, Haymana, Afyon, Konya and Yunak (subgroup2), 2: Aksaray (subgroup1) and Ayaş, Kırşehir and Beypazarı (subgroup2).
