İslam hukukunda inanç hürriyeti
Abstract
İslam, as setting for the prenciple of belief freedom, give the humanity absolute freedom in accepting the most suitable religion for their wisdom and mind. In the Kur'ân, as the evidence of the existence of belief-freedom (in İslam) there are lost of ayats. There ayats foint out that no one can be forced to accept Islam, the main factors in having-accepting a belief are not war, enforcement or imitation but thought and survey. There are some scholars that accept ayats reletad to war as the evidence of legality of making war for calling to İslam. But, to our opinion, in İslam war is done to avoid attacks, aggression on Muslims, instigation etc. and to ensure a medium of free expression and advocation of everyone's beliefs. The İslamic jurists saying that those leaving from İslam have to be executed, rely on about the same evdences and accept that belief-freedom can not be used such that to destory the İslamic community and state through instigation. Through dose consideration of Kur'ân and Sünnet it is seen that unless aiming to struggle whit İslam and İslamic community, to abuse İslam or to exploit it, people may change their opinion-beliefs and leave İslam.
