İç Anadolu Bölgesi buğday üretim alanlarındaki rhızoctonıa türlerinin, anastomosis gruplarının ve bazı buğday çeşitlerinin reaksiyonlarının belirlenmesi
Özet
As a result of isolations applied to plant and soil samples collected from wheat fields in Konya, Ankara, Yozgat, Eskisehir and Kırıkkale in 2009 and 2010 growing season, 99 Rhizoctonia isolates belonging to 16 anastomosis groups were obtained. Multinucleate (MN) made up 71. 7% of isolates and Binucleate (BN) constituted 28. 3%. As a result of conventional identification methods, it was determined that MN Rhizoctonia isolates were R. solani AG 2, AG 3, AG 4, AG 5, AG 8, AG 11, Waitea circinata var. circinata, Waitea cir. var. zeae (R. zeae) WAG Z, Waitea cir. var. oryzae group I (R. oryzae grup I), and BN Rhizoctonia isolates were R. cerealis AG D, AG I, AG A, AG C, AG E, AG G and AG H. The frequently isolated group was Waitea circinata var. circinata. In pathogenicity studies, AG 4 was determined as the most virulent group. Among Binucleate isolates; the groups other than R. cerealis AG D were not found to be pathogenic. Waitea cir. var. oryzae group I and BN AG C and H detected during the study were first record for Turkey, while, MN R. solani AG 8, Waitea cir. var. zeae WAG Z and BN AG A, AG E, AG G groups were first records on wheat in Turkey. As a result of cultivars reaction studies performed under greenhouse conditions, it was found that all cultivars used in the study showed sensitive reaction against R. solani AG-4. It was determined that the most susceptible cultivar is Gün 91, and the most resistant cultivars are Karahan 99 and Cemre.
