ABSTRACT In this study it has aimed to detect the opinions about the efficiency of the teaching staff at Turkish Republic of Northeren Cyprus Teachers Training College. This study has been presented in' for sections : Preface, Method, findings and Evaluation Summary. Result and Suggestions. In this study which was carried out with survey method, in the first stage factual data about the teacher' efficiency in their teaching process and in their relationships at school and also their efficiency in reaching and making use of the new resources in their field were collected. On the basis of this data, o guestionnare has been presented to the supervisor of the thesis and also to the specialists in this subject, to have their opinions and suggestions. After an experimental application of it on the students and the teachers of the Faculty of Educational Sciences in Ankara University and the Faculty Education in Hacettepe University a guesticnnaire consisting of 44 items was devoloped and from the observable items of this guestionnaire a form of observation consisting of 34 items has been formed. The guestionnaire has been apllied to 14 teachers curently teaching at Turkish Teachers Training College and also to 156 students and 14 teachers were observed at least twice.
