This study aims to analyze historically the influence of Palestinian case on the Jordan foreign policy and the effects of this on the domestic politics of Jordan. This study, which analyzes Jordan foreign policy by taking Dawisha's model as a ground, the Dawisha's model was used as an example in taking political decisions in Jordan. Dawisha's model, which analyzes foreign policies of Middle Eastern countries, is applied to Jordan foreign policy. Dawisha presupposes that only the political leaders who grasp political power decide on which foreign policy should be followed in all Middle Eastern countries except Israel and Turkey. But, to analyze Jordan foreign policy better, another model has been proved in this thesis. This model presents that there are some factors, which form and determine the foreign policies. In this context, national, regional and international factors and changes influence Jordanian foreign policy. In this thesis, historical process of Palestinian question and the internal and external factors, which affect the Jordanian domestic politics, have also been studied. The role of Jordan foreign policy on Palestinian question is studied and its negative and positive impacts on the solution of Palestinian question is examined. The basic conclusion of this study is that Palestinian question plays central role not only in Jordan domestic and foreign policy and but also to form it.
