This experiment was carried out to determine the phenological properties, fruit and yield quality and growth capacity of 23 candidate clones grown at Kalecik Viticulture Research Station during 2008-2009 growth period. Peresent data varied with 69.1 % (clone 18) - 58.8 % (clone 1) for bud-burst performance of primary buds; 1.09 kg (clone 5) ? 0.2 kg (clone 2) for prunning wood weight per vine; 8.9 kg (clone 12) ? 0.8 kg (clone 2) for fruit yield per vine; 75.4 % (clone 18) ? 29.8 % (clone 12) for must yield; 44.4 (clone 12) - 4.5 (clone 2) for cluster number per vine; 224.2 g (clone 1) ? 136.5 g (clone 14) for cluster weight; 2.90 g (clone 14) ? 1.90 g (clone 2) for berry weight; 25.6º B (clone 23) ? 20.8º B (clone 7) for total soluble solids, 0.54 % (clone 2) ? 0.31 % (clone 18) for titratable acidity as tartaric acid, 3.69 (clone 15) ? 3.02 (clone 2) for pH in the must during harvest; 905 mg/kg (clone 22) ? 745 mg/kg (clone 23) for anthociyanin content, 2.2 g/kg (clone 16) ? 0.8 g/kg (clone 22) for tanen content of the berry skin.
