Abstract

SUMMARY: Poyraz, Şerafettin, Service-in Education Specialist Training Courses of the Presidency of Religious Affairs, Master's Thesis, Advisor: Doç. Dr. Recai Doğan, 21 3p. This research is prepared to explain the nature of Specialist Training Courses the Presidency of Religious Affairs, which is long term and service- in education. This research's topic, aim, importance and methods are explained in the introduction. In the First Chapter, the concept of "service in education" and the position of Turkey for this subject is explained. Then the Presidency of Religious Affairs service-in courses and expertness courses are examined. in this thesis legal basis of Specialist Training Courses, its historical development process, curriculum, educational environment, opportunities and literal researches are examined, in addition to this, lecturers personnel and graduated people are studied. In the Second Chapter, the result of the research is interpreted in the lights of service-in education. In the conclusion, the result about the these courses are evaluated and suggestions are developed. 213
