Türkiye'nin farklı bölgeleri'nde üretilen etçi piliç karkas ve karaciğer örneklerinde bazı metal düzeylerinin belirlenmesi
Özet
In this study, the object was the determination of the levels of Pb, Cd, Cu and Fe in tissues of chicken carcass and liver which are grown in varied cities of Turkey. For this reason, liver and meat samples from some of the cities of Turkey (Adapazarı, Balıkesir, Manisa, Adana) which covers 95 % percent of chicken meat production were collected. Totally samples 80 chicken carcass and livers of chicken were collected.Graphite furnance atomic absorption spectrometer equipped with Zeeman background corrector was applied for the determination of Pb and Cd; Cu and Fe were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometer and a deuterium background corrector. In this analysis the values of Pb 1.62-66.19 ppb, Cd 0.15-3.60 ppb, Cu 100-491 ppb, Fe 790-4360 ppb in chicken carcass; Pb 11.32-92.77, Cd 0.48-18.20 ppb, Cu 260-974 ppb, Fe 6930-14500 ppb in liver were found. The values of heavy metal in livers were found higher than the values of heavy metal in chicken carcass. Furthermore, the evaluation was resulted in the highest pollution according to cities exists in Adapazarı. However, according to our datas, the levels of Pb, Cd, Cu and Fe were found well belove the legal tolerance limits of food Codex of Turkey and EU.According to the results of this analysis, the poultry farms must be located for from highways, industrial zone or other polluting sources
