Zolmitriptan'ın elektroanalitik incelenmesi ve tayini
Özet
The oxidative behavior of zolmitriptan was studied at a wide pH range on boron doped diamond electrode, using cyclic voltammetric (CV), differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) and square wave voltammetric (SWV) techniques. To investigate the effects of the nature of the supporting electrolyte, pH and scan rate on the anodic reactions were performed in sulphuric acid solution, phosphate, acetate and Britton-Robinson buffers in a wide scan rate interval (5-1000 mVs?1). The molecule is oxidized irreversibly and by diffusion-controlled.Optimum conditions were determined and optimization of parameters for analytical applications were obtained and DPV and SWV techniques were selected for the determination. The currents were found two different lineer region within a concentration range of 1x10?6M - 8x10?6M and 1x10?5M - 1x10?4 M in pH 3,03 phosphate buffer by optimized DPV and SWV techniques. The applicability of the proposed methods were shown by the analysis of zolmitriptan in pharmaceutical dosage forms and serum samples. The accuracy, precision, selectivity, sensitivity, repeatability and reproducibility of the methods were investigated statistically
