Özet
In viewing of Turkey?s common situation, on the one hand viniculture develops in some regions, but on the other hand it has lost value in some other regions. About viniculture there have been some important differences between the regions between the years 1980 and 2000. Here are some of those reasons of the differences:In Marmara Region, because of developing industry, agriculture areas have been decreased. But Ege is still an important agriculture area.In Southeastern Anatolia Region, because of the GAP project, instead of grape, some other more profitableproductsare preferred. In Black Sea Region, because of the climate and geographical conditions, instead of grape, some other products, such as tea. hazelnut are grown. In Eastern Anatolia Region, depending on low temperature, migration and anarchy, viniyard is regressed. In some areas, in spite of the lose of soil, using the new agriculture methods and new irrigatin techniques and making the farmers more conscious about the agriculture increase the fertility.Grape is not an agricultural product which is only consumed as a fruit. Dried grape is produced by being dried. After some processes, wine and grape molasses can be producted, too. Moreover, leaves of the grape are cooked as a meal in our kitchens. What can be done with grape is depend on the type of the grape. For example; some grepe types are grown only for producting wine.
