Avrupa Birliği'nin Akdeniz politikasının gelişimi
Özet
The European Union?s foreign policy is shaped by internal and external factors. Internal factors which are the European integration process and the European internal dynamics can not be separated from developments in international relations. The process of the European integration can be claimed to be a reaction to certain international events and developments and regarded as a search for solutions to international problems. This thesis analyses influences of internal and external factors on the European Union?s Mediterranean Policy. It explores the Global Mediterranean Policy, the Renewed Mediterranean Policy, the Barcelona Process, the European Neighbourhood Policy and suggests that the European Union?s Mediterranean Policy is dynamic and subject to change due to internal and external factors.
