Gümüşhane çevresi kuşburnu (rosa) türleri meyvalarının bitkisel çay olarak değerlendirilmesi üzerinde çalışmalar
Özet
This research has been planned to evaluate the herbal tea prepa red from rose hips gathered around Gümüşhane. It has been determined that Rose hips processed at Gümüşsüyü factory in order to prepare herbal tea are obtained from two species namely, Rosa dumalis subsp. boissieri var, boissieri and Rosa canina (form a,b,c). Fruits of these species are collected and following analysis carried out : microscopical analysis, preliminary qualitative, assay for ash, acid insoluble ash, water soluble extract, loss on drying, ascorbic acid, tannin, total f lavonol and results are presented in following table. According to these results, fruit of both species are found suitable to prepare herbal tea. Both of these fruits and tea sample supplied from the factory are in accordance with Pharmacopeia standarts with respect to ascorbic acid and other values.
