Hülya BİLGİLİ Ankara University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Animal Science Supervisor: Prof.Dr.M.Rifat OKUYAN 1993, Page: 36 Jury: Prof.Dr.M.Rifat OKUYAN Prof.Dr. Metin YELDAN Prof. Dr. Ahmet ERGÜN In this research, metabolic energy determination have been made in Wheat varieties cultivated in central Anatolian zone; Cellulase version of in vitro methods have been applied in research. 3 samples from each variety have taken and 3 repetitions formed and then 2 parallels were taken from each sample and subjected to treatment with the micro-organism "Trichoderma viride" a Sigma-9422 enzym. Further, metabolizable energy values calculated through the resuts affained and the varieties examined to determine whether they formed and difference or not. Such varieties most commonly used in this part of the country Çakmak-79, Kunduru-1149, Kızıltan-91, Bezostaya, Bolal-2973, Gerek-79, Giin-91, Haymana-79 have been selected for research scheme. No difference is noted in variation analysis per formed for difference between and within the groups in respect to digestible organic matter values and metabolic energy values, o. e. i has been determined that the differences were not important statistically (P>0.05).
