Dr. D.Faruk ALARSLAIM In this research, metabolizable energy determinations have been made in Barley varieties.cultivated in central Anatolian zone; Cellulase version of invitro methods have been applied in the research. 3 samples -From each variety have been taken and 3 repetitions -formed and then 2 parallels were taken from each sample and subjected to treatment with the Sigma C-9422 enzym obtained from "Trichoderma viride". Further, metabol izable energy values calculated from the results attained and the varieties examined to determine whether they formed any difference or not. Such varieties most commonly used in this part of the country as Hami diye, Efes, Anadolu, Ankara Bülbül, Tokat, Obruk, Tarm have been selected for research scheme. According to the results, no difference is noted in variation analysis performed for difference between and within the groups in respect to digestible organic matter values and metabolizable energy values, o.e it has been determined that the differences were not important statistical ly (P>0. 05).
