dc.description.ozet | This study is a result of groupwork made in the "Çankaya Belediyesi 100. Yıl KUltUr Evi". This investigation was done to construct an educational foundation to raise the consciousnes (empowerment) of women. The following questions were try to be answered. 1.) What are the outcomes of the groupwork with respect to personel development? 2.) What are the outcomes of groupwork with respect to group transformation? 3.) What are the results of groupwork as a problem determin ing education? This groupwork produced conclusions concerning persons and group transformation. In this process personal develpoment in fused with group growth. In this group process to express oneself is directed to the definition of problems. Each woman was encouraged to make realis tic plans which will help to her to feel well. Similarly the group was encouraged to found a women club as an attraction center for the women of the district with in the context of common problems. | tr_TR |
