Modern toplumlarda piyasa temelli zorun analizi ve neoliberal borçluluk
Özet
This thesis aims to evaluate the relationship between capitalist mode of production and capitalist coercion in terms of historical materialist approach to modern society and modern state. In this context, the thesis focuses on two main issues. The first is the conceptualization of the capitalist coercion as a class-based domination and subordination relationship. The second is the concretization of this conceptual path with the phenomenon of neoliberal indebtedness. Capitalist coercion is formulated as a class-based and impersonal social subjugation relationship stemming from the capitalist mode of production, by referring to the ideas of Marx and Engels. It is claimed that the economic and extra-economic aspects of the capitalist coercion are integrated. In this respect, it is tried to be shown that household indebtedness specific to the neoliberal period is not only an economic relationship but a political matter in itself. The study consists of three chapters. The first chapter presents conceptual and theoretical framework of capitalist coercion. The second chapter evaluates the basic lines of the dialectical relationship between the economic and non-economic aspects of capitalist coercion. The last chapter aims to analyze capitalist coercion through household indebtedness which is a basic form of subordination specific to neoliberal era of capitalism.
