| dc.description.abstract | Küçük Buzul Çağı 1350-1850 senelerinde dünyayı kendi etkisine aldı. Genel araştırmadan çıkardığım sonuca göre, dünyaya yön verme gücüne sahipti. Soğuk, yağmur, kuraklık, kıtlık, hastalık getirerek binlerle insanın ölümüne neden öldü. İnsanın başına gelecek her hangi bir kötü olay bütün ihtimallerde üzücüdür. Ama ya bu ölümler modern yeni bir döneme geçiş sağlarsa? Küçük Buzul Çağı, Büyük Coğrafi Keşifleri başlattı. İnsanlar dünyaya açıldı, daha önce hiç görmedikleri, bilmedikleri topraklara ayak bastılar. Keşifler Avrupa insanının hırsı, daha çok para, altın elde etme amacıyla başladı, köle ticaretine olanak sağladı. Ama insanların düşüncesi de değişti. Birey kavramı ortaya çıktı. Bu yeni insan kralını, ağasını, psikoposunu sorgular oldu. Hakları için isyanlara başvurdu. Otorite olan krallar, halkın arzusuyla hesaplaşmak zorunda kaldı. Ama Osmanlı için etkisi daha büyüktü ve zorlukla onarılacak kadar derindi. Osmanlı'nın seneler boyu varlığını sürdüren ve güçlü bir şekilde düzenini sağlayan sistemi dağıldı. Otoriteye karşı daha önce hiç görülmemiş örgütlü ayaklanmalar oldu. Osmanlı'nın bu dönemde farklı cephelerde savaştığını biliyoruz. Ama Sam White'ın da yazdığı gibi, doğa el vermiş ve iklim nisbeten yumuşak olsaydı, uzun süreli bir çatışmanın giderleri bile kaldırılabilirdi. The Little İce Age influenced the world between the years 1350-1850. According to the outcome of my general investigation, it had the power to direct the world. Cold, rain, drought, famine brought diseases and caused the death of thousands of people. Any sinister thing that happens to a person is upsetting in all probability. But what if these deaths provide a modern transition? The Little İce Age has launched the Great Geographical discoveries. People uncovered and explored the earth, they stepped on the lands they had never seen before. Any sinister thing that happens to a person is upsetting in all probability. At first the sense of greed of European people made discoveries begin with the aim of acquiring more money or gold and caused the slave trade. But people changed their minds too. The concept of individualism emerged. This new human being started querying his king, master, pastor. He rebelled for his rights. The kingdoms had to deal with the desire of the people. But for the Ottomans the influence was bigger and harder enough to be repaired. The system of the Ottoman Empire, which sustained its existence throughout the years and provided its order in a powerful manner disintegrated. The organized riots that had never been seen against authority were raised. We know that the Ottomans fought in different fronts in that period. But as Sam White wrote, if nature gave its hand and the climate was relatively soft, even the costs of long-time violent confrontations could be removed.
