Özet
Bu araştırmada, defaunasyonun üç farklı rasyonla (Rı, R>, R.) beslenen 9 faunalı (F) ve 9 defaune edilmiş (DF) Akkaraaan tokluda pH, kuru madde, organik madde ve ham proteninin rumende yıkılabilirliği gibi bazı rumen özelliklerine, sindirime, canlı ağırlık artışına ve yem tüketimine olan etkileri in-vivo ve in-vitro yöntemler kullanılarak araştırılmıştır.Ill Faktöriyel düzende tesadüf parselleri deneme deseninde varyans analizi metoduna göre değerlendirilen araştırma sonuçlarına göre; defaunasyon, rumen pH değerini yükseltmiş (F:6.1 ± 0.06, DF: 6,28 ± 0.04) (P0.05), Defaunasyon, rasyonlar m kuru madde, organik madde, ham protein ve N'siz ös maddelerin in-vivo sindirilebilirliğine (F: % 73,51 ±0.95, % 75,21 ± 0.90, % 73,89 + 1,11, % 83.82 + 1.08, DF: % 71.25 ± 1.52, % 73.12 ± 1.53, % 70,55 ± 1.19, % 81,73 ± 1,42) etki etmemiş (P>0.05), ancak ham sellülozun in-vivo sindirilebilirliğine (F: Bj % 29.74 ± 0.32, Bg % 26.78 ± 0,53, Ej % 9.29 ± 1,31, DF: R{ % 28,69 ± 1.62, Rj % 13.93 ± 1.22, Bj % 24,06 + 2,18) rasyonların ve fauna x rasyon interaksiyonunun etkisi önemli bulunmuştur (P<0,01). Ham yağın sindirilebilirliği (F: % 65.34 + 1,22, DF: % 64,77 ± 1,97) defaunasyondan etkilenmemiş (P>0.05), ancak fauna x rasyon interaksiyonundan etkilenmiştir (P<0.05). Defaunasyon, deneme hayvanlarının günlük yem tüketimini (F: 2.00 ± 0.11 kg, DF: 2.15 + 0.14 kg), canlı ağırlık artışını (F: 221 ± 12 g, DF: 231 + 20 g) ve yem değerlendirme sayısını (F: 9,06 + 0.30, DF: 9.44 ± 0,36) etkilememiştir (P>0.05). Abstract In this research projects 9 faunated (F) and 9 defaunated (DF) Akkaraman sheep were fed 3 different diets (Rp R., R«)in randomized complete block design as a factorial, to investigate the effects of defaunation on some ruainal characteristics» such as pH, the degradation of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein and digestion of the nutrients, live weight gain and feed intake of sheep.Defaunation significantly increased (P<0.05) ruminal pH (F: 6.1 + 0.06 vs DF: 6.28 ± 0.04) and decreased (P<0.01) the degradation of dry matter, organic, matter and crude protein in the rumen (F: % 66.54 ± 0.77, % 67,95 ± 0.87, % 69.21 ± 1.36 vs DF: % 62.23 ± 1.70, % 64.67 ± 1,54, % 63.32 ± 2.48). Diets and interaction between fauna and diets affected these characteristics (P<0,01). In-vitro digestibility of the dry matter and organic matter were not affected by defaunation (F: % 73,07 ± 0,75, % 75.02 ± 0.74 vs DF: % 71,58 + 1.18, % 73,78 ± 1.07) (P>0.05). Defaunation did not affected (P>0,05) in-vivo digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein and nitrogen free extracts of diets (F: % 73.51 f 0.95, % 75.21 + 0,90, % 73,89 + 1,11, % 83,82 ± 1.08 vs DF: % 71.25 t 1.52, % 73.12 ± 1.53, % 70.55 + 1.19, % 81.73 + 1.42), but diets and the interaction between fauna and diets significantly affected (P<0.01) in-vivo digestibility of crude fiber (F: Rt % 29,74 ± 0,32, Rg % 26.78 ± 0.53, Rj % 9.29 ± 1.31 vs DF: Rj % 28.69 ± 1.62, Rj % 13.93 ± 1,22, R, % 24.06 ± 2.18), The interaction between fauna and diets also affected (P<0,05) in-vivo digestibility of crude fat that was not affected by defaunation (F: % 65,34 + 1,22 vs DF: % 64,77 ± 1,97). Live weight gain (F: 221 ± 12 g vs DF: 231 i 20 g), feed intake (F: 2.00 ± 0,11 kg vs DF: 2,15 + 0,14 kg) and feed conversion (F: 9.06 ± 0.30 vs DF: 9,44 ± 0.36) of the animals were not affected (P>0.05) by defaunation.
