Ömür uzunluğu L. destructor, A. siro ve C. erucfitus'ta sıcaklık artışıyla kısalmıştır. Açlığa dayanma süresinin predatörün ergin evresinde daha uzun olduğu ve üzerinde geliştiği avın bu açıdan etkisinin önemsiz olduğu belirlenmiştirAbstractin this study, which was carried out at the A.U.Faculty of Agriculture Department of Plant Protection, predator-prey relationships between the predatory mite Cheyletus eruditus and the harmful stored product raites Lepidoglyphus destructor and Acarus siro were investigated. Research was conducted at the combinations of 10±1 C, 25±1 C temperatures and 70±3 %, 90±2 % relative humidities. Increases in temperature accelerated the development of both predatory and harmful mites. While high relative humidity increased the rate of development of harmful mites, it decreased to that of the predatory species. According to the life tables data, preying on L.destructor rather than A.si.ro decreased the rm level of C.eruditus. High temperature shortened the generation times (TQ) for L.destructor, A.siro and C.eruditus and according to the experimental conditions these periods lasted 19.40-103.70; 23.67-81.51 and 27.03-186.37 days, respectively. The net reproductive rates (R ) indicated that each generation of L.destructor, A.siro and C.eruditus was capable of multiply themselves by 23-47, 83-176 and 73-253 times, respectively. These augmentation times were at the least levels in case of feeding with L.destructor. C.eruditus completed immature stages within the shorter duration when it fed on A.siro rather than L.destructor. Longevity of ali species were reduced by the increase of temperature. increase in rh increased the adult longevity of harmful mites while it decreased to that of the predatory öne.The life span of C.eruditus continued for 23.74-280.23 days according to the different combinations of temperature and rh. The longest and the shortest lifespan longevity for C.eruditus was obtained when it fed on A.sj.ro and L.destructor, respectively. According to the temperature and rh, the innate capacities for increase of L.öestructor and A.siro were 0.037-0.161 and 0.049-0.217 females, respectively. increase in temperature raised r values for both of the prey species. High humidity did not affect r levels for L.destructor while it increased to that of A.siro. innate capacities for increase were much greater at the combined effect of high temperature and rh. This parameter was reduced when the predator fed on L.destructor rather than A.siro. When feeding with A.siro rather than L.destructor, prey consumption of C.eruditus was higher. increase in temperature increased the prey consumption while high humidity decreased it. Immature and adult stages of the predator preferred the pre-adult and adult stages of both of the prey species, respectively. Starving periods for adult of C.eruditus were higher as comparing to that of the immature stages. Prey dif f erence did not affect the starving periods for C.eruditus
