Bu araştırma, Türkiye'de yetiştirilen bazı ruminant yemlerinin "in vivo" ve "in vitro" yöntemleri kullanmak suretiyle organik madde ve kuru madde sindirilebilirliklerini, bunlar arasındaki ilişkileri ve yemlerin metabolik enerji değerlerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. "in vivo" yöntem (naylon torba yöntemi) ve "in vitro" yöntemler (kesif yemler yöntemi vesellülaz yöntemi) uygulanarak, kaba yemler (yonca kuru otu ve buğday samanı) 48 saat, kesif yemler 24 saat inkübasyona bırakılmış olup, "in vitro" yöntemlerde sentetik enzim olarak Trichoderma viride (Sigma C 2274) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, "in vivo" ve in vitro" yöntemlerle elde edilen OMS değerleri arasında buğday, ayçiçeği tohumu küspesi, besi karma yemi, süt karma yemi ve yonca kuru otu için ilişki bulunmuş (P<0.05) buna karşılık arpa, mısır, pamuk tohumu küspesi, soya küspesi ve buğday samanı için ilişki bulunamamıştır. Yine, "in vivo" ve "in vitro" yöntemlerle elde edilen KMS değerleri arasında arpa, buğday, ayçiçeği tohumu küspesi, besi karma yemi, süt karma yemi ve yonca kuru otu için ilişki bulunmuş (P<0.05), buna karşılık mısır, pamuk tohumu küspesi, soya küspesi ve buğday samanı için ilişki bulunamamıştır. Arpa, buğday, mısır, ayçiçeği tohumu küspesi,, pamuk tohumu küspesi, soya küspesi, besi karma yemi, 3Jt karma yemi, buğday samanı ve yonca kuru otunun metabolik enerji değerleri keal/kg KM' de sırasıyla 3154, 3323, 2912, 2626, 2302, 3084, 2939, 2968, 1599 ve 2380 olarak bulunmuştur.AbstractThis research was conducted in order to determine the Organic tetter and Dry Matter Digestibilities, Metabolizable Energy Values of some ruminant feeds and the relations within them by using "in vivo" and "in vitro" methods. The "in vivo" method (the nylon bag method) and the "in vitro" methods (cellulase and concentrate feed methods) were applied by an incubation duration of 48 tours for roughages and 24 hours for concentrates and the Trichoderma viride enzyme (Sigma C 2274) was used as synthetical enzyme in the application of the "in vitro" medhod. According to the results of the research, the differences between the "Digestible Organic Matter" (DOM) values determined by "in vivo" and "in vitro" methods were correlated for wheat, sunflower oil seed meal, beef fattening compound feed, milk compound feed and alfalfa meal (P<0.05), while there were no any correlation between the values obtained for barley, maize, cotton seed oil meal, soybean oil meal and wheat straw. As for the "Dry Matter Digestibilities" (DMD) values, the differences amongst the "in vivo" and "in vitro" methods were correlated for barley, wheat, sunflower seed oil meal, beef fattening compound feed, milk compound feed and alfalfa meal (P<0.05) and were rot correlated for maize, cotton seed oil meal, soybean oil meal and wheat straw. According to the digestibility results obtained in this research, the metabolizable energy values of barley, wheat, maize, sunflower seed oil meal, cotton seed oil meal, soybean oil meal, beef fattening compound feed, milk compound feed, wheat straw and alfalfa meal were established as in kcal/kg DM 3154, 3323, 2912, 2626, 2302, 3084, 2939, 2968, 1599 and 23e0 respectively.
