Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde Görevli Hekim Öğretim Üyelerinin Evde Bakım Hizmetleri Konusundaki Görüşleri Bu araştırma, TSK'da görevli akademisyen hekimlerin evde bakım hizmetleri konusundaki görüşlerinin belirlenmesine yönelik tanımlayıcı nitelikte bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evreni, TSK'nın sağlık alanında en büyük danışma organı olan GATA Komutanlığına bağlı Ankara Eğitim Hastanesi, stanbul Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesi, TSK Rehabilitayon ve Bakım Merkezi ile Eskişehir Hava ve Uzay Hekimliği Merkezinde görevli 486 hekim öğretim üyesi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada örneklem seçilmemiş, tüm evrene ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma anketleri 350 hekim öğretim üyesi (81 profesör, 137 doçent ve 132 yardımcı doçent) tarafından yanıtlanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama formu olarak, Çoban (2003) tarafından geliştirilen ?Evde Bakım Hizmetleri Konusunda Görüş Belirlemeye Yönelik Veri Toplama Formu? kullanılmıştır. Anket, GATA Ankara (Etlik) Eğitim Hastanesinde görevli akademisyen hekimlere yüz yüze görüşerek, diğer birimlerde görevli akademisyen hekimlere ise posta yolu ile göndermek suretiyle 01 Ağustos-20 Eylül 2005 tarihleri arasında uygulanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde, veri toplama formunda yer alan 51 maddeden araştırmacı tarafından seçilen 28'inin 6 değişken ile karşılaştırılması yapılmış olup, istatistiksel önemlilik için Ki-Kare Testi kullanılmıştır. ?Doktorlar, hastanede hastalarına yeterli bilgi veremezler?, ?Hastalar evlerinde daha rahat hareket ederler?, ?Hasta rolünü yoğun yaşayan hastaların iyileşmesi daha güçtür? maddeleri kapsamında araştırma grubunun unvan grupları arasında; ?Evde bakım hizmetleri ile sağlık personelinin hastanedeki iş yükü azalacaktır? maddesi kapsamında ise araştırma grubunun ailelerinde 65 ve üzeri yaşta birey bulunma durumu grupları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Diğer maddeler kapsamında araştırma grubunun özellikleri açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır. Abstract Opinions of the Academic Physicians Working in Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) About Homecare Services The purpose of this descriptive study is to determine the opinions the academic physicians working in the Turkish Armed Forces on home-care services. The population of the study consists of 486 physician instructors working at Ankara Education Hospital, stanbul Haydarpaşa Education Hospital, TAF Rehabilitation and Care Center and Eskişehir Air and Space Medicine Service which are under Gulhane Military Medical Academy (GMMA) Commandership. No sample was chosen in the study and it was tried to reach the whole population. Research questionnaire was responded by 350 phsician instructors. As a data collection tool ?Questionnaire Form for identifying opinions on home-care services? developed by Çoban (2003) was used. It was applied between August 01-September 20, 2005 through interviews with the academic physicians working in GMMA Ankara Education Hospital and through mails to the ones in other units. While evaluating the research data, 28 of 51 items in the questionnaire form that were chosen by the researcher were compared to 6 variables, and chi-square test was used for statistical significance. For the items ?Doctors cannot give sufficient information to theirs patiens at the hospital?, ?Patients feel more comfortable at their homes?, and ?it is more difficult to recover for the patients having expericenced the role of patient much more?; statistically significant difference was found among the title groups of the research group. Moreover, in terms of the item ?with the home-care services, labour load of of the health staff in the hospital will decrease?, statistically significant difference was found among the groups of existence of 65 and over-aged individuals in the research group?s families. For the other items, no significant difference was found in terms of the characteristics of the research group.
