X Persei yıldızının (HD24534) optik ve moröte tayflarının incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, Büyük Kütleli X-ışın çifti olan X Persei sisteminin optik ve moröte tayfları ile Ankara Üniversitesi Gözlemevinde yapılan fotoelektrik fotometri gözlemleri incelenmiştir. Trieste'deki Haute Provence Gözlemevi'nden getirtilen optik tayfların çizgi tanılan yapılmış, Ha ve Hp çizgi profillerinin dikine hızlan ile eşdeğer genişlikleri ölçülmüştür. Ayrıca X Persei'nin IUE tayflarının çizgi tanısı yapılmıştır. Fotoelektrik fotometri gözlemlerinden sistemin 1990'da girdiği disk kaybı evresinden 1993 yılında çıktığı ve Kasım 1994'de maksimum parlaklığa ulaştıktan sonra parlaklığının azaldığı sonucuna varılmıştır.Abstract In the present thesis, the optical and ultraviolet spectra, photometric observation carrying out at the Ankara University Observatory of a high mass Be/X-ray binary X Persei system have been investigated. The line identification were made, and radial velocities and equivalent widths of Ha and Hp lines were measured by using the profiles of the optical spectra taken from the Haute Provence Observatory in Trieste. The line identification were also made on the IUE spectra of X Persei. From the photoelectric observations it was deduced that the system came into the disk lost phase in 1990, and came out from this phase in 1993, and the brightness diminished after it has a maximum level in 1994.
