Abtract In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of bat guano applied to the soil (0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% and 2%) and leaf (0%, 1% ve 2%) of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) and pepper (Capsicum annum.L.) plants on nutrition and crop quantity and some quality parameters in fruit. For that purpose, 4 repeated experiments were conducted in accordance with split experimental design in randomized blocks in greenhouse conditions. In the end of the experiment, implementation of bat guano on the soil of pepper plant increased wet and dry weight, crop lenght, total quantity of N, P and Cu in the plant, while implementation of bat guano on leaf with increasing level increased wet and dry weight and total Fe quantity in the plant, and these raises were found as significant. Implementation of bat guano on soil with increasing levels increased wet and dry weight, crop ridigity, water-soluble dry matter, titratable acidity, total N and K quantities in tomato plant, while implementation of bat guano on leaf with increasing levels increased crop productivity, vitamin C, pH of fruit juice, total Fe and Zn quantities in the plant, and these raises were found as significant.
