| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Bu tez giriş, dört ana bölüm ve sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde “Tarihi Süreçte Kölelik” konusu ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle “Genel Olarak Kölelik” konusu işlenmiş; eski toplumların kölelik konusundaki uygulamaları örneklerle sunulmuş, daha sonra “Sami Gelenekte Kölelik” başlığı altında Eski ve Yeni Ahit’teki ayetler incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde “Kur’an-ı Kerim’de Kölelikle İlgili Kullanılan Kelimeler ve Bunların Şematik İncelemesi” yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölüm tezin ana konusunu oluşturan Kur’an ayetlerinin incelendiği bölümdür. Bu bölümde kölelik konusunun geçtiği tüm ayetler taranmış ve ayetleri klasik ve modern tefsirlerdeki yorumlarına yer verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde kölelik uygulamaları hakkında bazı mülahazalara yer verilmiştir. Kölelik konusunda Hz. Peygamberlere isnad edilen bazı rivayetler ve kadın kölelerle ilgili müslüman toplumların bazı uygulamaları örneklerle anlatılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde ise insanlık tarihi kadar eski olan kölelik kurumunu bir gecede kaldırmak mümkün olmadığı için islamın rehabilitasyona yönelik bazı düzenlemler yaptığı; öte yandan köleliği kaldırma hedefine yönelik çok ciddi adımlar attığı ve nihayetinde Kur’an’ın köleliği ilga ettiği sonucuna varılmıştır. In the first chapter, the subject of “The Slavery through History” is studied. In this reason, the subject of “The Slavery in General” is examined; the applications of old people can be applied by some different examples, and then The title of “The Slavery in Sami Traditional Culture” is examined due to the Old and New Ahit’s verse. In the second chapter, “The Words which are related to the Slavery in Qoran and these shematic experiments” have been made. In the third chapter, the main subject of the study has been examined due to the Qoran’s verses. All of the slavery verses are examined in this chapter and the verses have been explained by the classical and modern explinations. In the fourth chapter, some disscussions have been handed and their applications. The subject of slavery that is belong to Hz. Prohet and some examples of the woman slaveries who lives in the muslim communities have been explained in detail. In the last part, the institute of slavery cannot be solved in one night and in this reason, some new organizations have been done according to the muslim; on the other hand some important strategies have been developed in order to remove the slavery in the muslim communities and it is concluded that Qoran has been taken the slavery off. | |
