This study aimed to investigate technical success RF ablation in patients with liver tumors. 34 patients aged 50-80 years (26 men, 8 women) with hepatocellular cancer were included in this study. RF ablation therapy was performed in 24 lesions under US guidance and in 10 lesions under CT guidance. Residüe was obtained in 3 of 28 tumor lesions greater than 2 cm and in 0 of 6 tumor lesions smaller than 2 cm. Two (5,9%) minor (pain) and two (5,9%) major (pneomothorax) complications occured.
