The emergence of judicial establishment, formation, members and decisions are examined. Judicial councils basically were created to ensure the independence of the judiciary. Therefore, the rule of law, judicial independence and the separation of powers issues are also described. Together with the general description, the judicial council establishment of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus is examined.
