Ten different brands sold in markets in the provicense of Erzurum Honeys brand, two samples of each for a total of 20 honey samples (250 g weight) were collected. On the samples, drugs residues consisting of tetracycline (doxycycline, oxitetracycline, tetracycline, clortetracycline) and sulfonamide (sulphadiazine, sülfatiyazol, sulphabenzamide, sulfamethazine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfadimethoxine) were examined. Analysis were in-line liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS). Honey samples contained residue were 8 sülfamethazine, 2 tetracycline, 2 oxytetracycline. Although the use of antibacterial agents for bees are forbidden in our country, the results show that it is used in some areas of Erzurum province and thus it may endanger the health of public.trArıcılıkKalıntılarmasterThesis
