Ülkemizin pek çok ilinde olduğu gibi, Amasya ilinde de, ilin kentsel gelişim sürecine paralel olarak gürültü kirliliğinin hızlı bir şekilde artmakta olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada; ilk olarak gürültü kirliliğine yönelik literatür taraması yapılarak gürültü sorunsalı somutlaştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra Amasya ilinin belirli noktalarında yapılan ölçümlerin sonuçları analiz edilerek söz konusu gürültü kirliliğinin ne düzeyde olduğu, belirlenen düzeyin insan ve çevre sağlığını etkileyen potansiyeli belirlenmiş ve önerilerde bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Abstract The problem of noise pollution emerges as one of the environmental problems that constitute a serious danger for human and environmental health and that should be made provision against. As it is in many provinces of our country, noise pollution is also increasing rapidly in Amasya in parallel with the urban development process of the province. In this study, literature search for noise pollution was made first, and the noise problem was tried to be embodied.
