Thestudy area is under the effective control of sub-humid cold and semi-arid very cold types ofmediterranean climate. As a result of identification of nearly 1000 collected specimens, 417taxa have been determined from the area. These belong to 60 families and 220 genera.In the research area the richest family is Asteraceae and the richest genus is Astragalus L. 62endemic plant species were determined from the research area, the ratio of which reaches to14, 8 %.
