For determination of Pyrenophora teres f. maculata pathotypes, a differential set consisted of 22 international cultivars and genotypes and a susceptible Turkish barley variety Bülbül 89 were tested using 45 isolates obtained from different regions of Turkey. Nineteen pathotypes were determined out of 45 isolates used.
