Atatürk managed the country in 1930-1938 and İt is effectualed to examine 1930-1938 term. Karagöz lived for a long time sucesfully and İt is important to select this newspaper in this study. This study is appropriated content analysis. And it is assumed that: -Karagöz, took a role to spread and appropriate Atatürk' s princeples and revolutions. -Karagöz, supported CHP's interior and exterior policy. Karagöz, was a representative newspaper for other news paper. In the first chapter of the thesis it is fixed what was changed in politic, social, cultural life in 1930-1938.Moreover it is inspected this terms press and humor life. In the second chapter of the thesis which was told about Karagöz 's birth and improvement, was showed Karagöz 's variation in it's public life. In addition it is reflected how Karagöz, looked this term's humor life in this chapter m me third chapter of the thesis it is transfered how Karagöz reflected this terms interior politic improvement.Moreover it is determined that Karagöz, supported the government with its news and cortoon. 226In the fourt chapter of the thesis, Karagöz, defend Turkish foreign policy.
