Method: This phenomenological study was conducted with the participation of 5 school administrators and 35 preschool teachers. In the study, data about the administrators and the teachers were gathered with the Demographic Information Form and the semi-structured interview form was used in the determination of the opinions of the administrators and the teachers on the characteristics of the preschool education program. The study data gathered with the qualitative interview form were analyzed with MAXQDA software.
