Method: This phenomenological study was conducted with the participation of 5 school administrators and 35 preschool teachers. In the study, data about the administrators and the teachers were gathered with the Demographic Information Form and the semi-structured interview form was used in the determination of the opinions of the administrators and the teachers on the characteristics of the preschool education program. The study data gathered with the qualitative interview form were analyzed with MAXQDA software. Results and Conclusion: The study results showed that administrators were aware of teacher training needs and that both administrators and teachers needed to be supported with additional training on the Preschool Education Program updated and piloted in 2012 and implemented in 2013.enPreschool EducationProgramAdministratorTeacherArticle911131262146-328X
