For this purpose samples were taken from some areas, which are 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 30 km far away from the powerhouse, regarding the wind direction. Each sample was taken from 0-30 cm deep from Alemdar, Balıkçıl, Güvercinlik, Hasankendi, Izgın, Kanlıkavak (Göksun yolu), Kapılı, Karaelbistan, Karahöyük, Kışla, Küçük Kışla. In these soil samples the physical and chemical properties of the soil total and avaliable Cu, Zn, Cd, Ni and Pb evaluation quatities were determined.
