Application performed in Ankara(Sincan) Women's Closed penal execution institution, İzmir(Aliağa) Women's Closed penal execution institution, İstanbul(Bakırköy) Women's Closed penal execution institution with 493 convicted/prisoners. 158 prisoners made ​​with semi-structured interviews. Mix research methods were used. The theoretical part of the study has been carried out with the method of documentation and that of application with the method of survey and semi-structured interviews. The study includes four chapters. In the first part of the research, we deal with the subject matter, design and method for the study and literature review we followed throughout the research. In chapter two included a lot of concepts and theories about crime and religiosity. In chapter three, the survey findings and the interview findings of the research have been given.
