We studied 107 out patients ([81 women, 26 men) within whom serum CRPlevels were measured and IMT measurements were done by Doppler USG. The statisticalanalyses of the data was performed by SPSS program. Cu and CRP levels and IMT valueswere found to be statistically significant (p<0.05 and p<0.001 respectively). IMT odds ratiowas found to be 0.625 mm(by ROC analyses).
