At the study, diluents which contain herbal (Crybos, Bioxcell)and egg yolk were utilized.Ejaculates were taken from three afferent bulls by using artificial vagina twice a week. Native sperma was diluted after spermatological analysis and equilibration process which was executed at +40C for 4 hours. Then sperma was frozen with freezing machine and stored at-196 0C after being loaded into 0.25 ml straws. Straws were thawed at 370C for 20 seconds at water bath and after thawing, spermatological properties (abnormal spermatozoa rate, plasma membrane integrity) were determined. Also the kinetical properties of spermatozoa (motility, VAP, VSL, VCL, ALH, BCF, STR, LIN, ELON) were determined with CASA device. In addition to this, artificial insemination was done with 147 straws from each diluent, in total of 588 straws to determine the in vivo results of diluents. Pregnancy was determined at 60th day with rectal palpation. So that, pregnancy rate of first insemination results of diluents and rate of pregnant cows after total insemination results were determined.After thawing, the motility results of diluents Cryobos, Bioxcell, Tris, Medium 199 were 35.10±2.33, 32.90±2.42, 29.71±2.19, 14.43±0.89 respectively. According to the CASA data (VAP VSL VCL ALH BCF STR LIN) that make up the difference diluents Medium 199. The highest membrane integrity (58,29±1,91)was determined at No.1 bull with Cryobos diluent and the lowest membrane integrity (47,29±1,78)was determined at No.3 bull with Medium 199 diluent. The highest rate of abnormal spermatozoa (22,10±0,70) was determined at No.3 bull with Tris diluent and the lowest rate of abnormal spermatozoa (14,00±1,32) was determined at No.3 with Medium 199 diluent. Pregnant cow rate of first insemination were 22%, 25 %, 18%, 28% and pregnant cow rate of the results of total insemination were 52%, 54%, 49%, 58% respectively.According to the obtained results, there was no statiscal difference between sperma of bulls. The difference between the diluents arises from Medium 199. There were no statiscal differences between the pregnancy rate of first insemination result and the last insemination result.
