The aim of research is to investigate delinquent children religious perceptions'. The research as has been accepted as a thesis topic by ankara university institute of social sciences in 07.02.2013 and number 38. Research was conducted between the dates 15.03.2013 and 15.12.2013 with permission of Ministry of justice general directorate. Duration of the research was nine months. The sample of the study is selected from children and young people in penal institutions in Ankara. children and young people is from different region of Turkey, especially in the central anatolia region. They charged with homicide, extortion, drugs, sexual assault and robbery. 300 delinquent children and youth participated in the research. Administrator and corrections officers accompanied and helped for survey application. Result of this research is determined some important factors as family structure, the family having emigrated, family housing, and demographic characteristics, school environment, friends and social environment and, to be deprived religious education. Naturally, faith and moral education of the child are not given is shows have been neglected in the field of education.
