Thereforethe women who don?t have equal societal power and influance they do?nt have right to determinate the rules of the society they live in. So they have to live under the law the man determinated not themselves.In this framework Turkish Civil Code?s only divorce reasons regulations which claimed that to be based on equity of women and men, examined to women perspective. This regulations which depend on formel equity, overlook power equity between the women and man.
