Abstract

At the end of The World War II, America and England, which had occupied Iran territories, discharged their military units in the territories of Iran. However, Soviet Russia, which could not make Iran accept its desires, was not so eager to discharge its military unit.Iran was insisting on its politics of making people Iranian that was performed to ethnical groups who were not Iranian. That enabled Soviet Russia, which wanted to cause a riot in Iran, to get support from the community. In addition, rebellion for freedom that had been faded away reactivated in the Azerbaijan of Iran.
