Abstract
This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the introduction. In the second chapter, some definitions and theorems concerning the summability of ordinary sequences have been recalled. Then the Buck-Pollard property of two dimensional q-Cesàro matrices has been examined. In the third chapter, some definitions and theorems concerning the summability of double sequences have been given. In the fourth chapter, the Buck-Pollard property for four dimensional Cesàro matrix and four dimensional q-Cesàro matrices has been studied in the space of double sequence space. In the fifth chapter, some results concerning the Borel property of a four dimensional matrix have been considered. Finally, the last chapter is devoted to the analysis of the results obtained.
