Tâhir b. Âşûr tefsirinde ahkâm ayetlerine yaklaşımlar

Abstract

Tâhir b. Âşûr son dönem âlimlerinin en önemlilerinden biridir. En meşhur eseri et-Tahrîr ve't-Tenvîr isimli 30 ciltlik Kur'an tefsiridir. Bu çalışmamızda Tâhir b. Âşûr'un Kur'an-ı Kerim'in hukuk ayetleri üzerine yaptığı tefsirlerini sistematik olarak inceleyeceğiz. Kendine özgü tarzla izlediği metotları ve kullandığı kaynakları, bu kaynaklarda yer alan bilgilerle aynı fikirde olduğu veya farklı düşündüğü konuları aktarıp çalışmamızın sonucunda konulara olan yaklaşımını açıklığa kavuşturmaya çalışacağız. Çalışma; giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde Tâhir b. Âşûr'un hayatını, yaşadığı dönemdeki İslam dünyasının ve Mağrib coğrafyasının durumunu; birinci bölümde, Tâhir b. Âşûr'un hayatı, hocaları, ilmî şahsiyeti ve eserlerini; ikinci bölümde ise Tâhir b. Âşûr'un tefsirinde ahkâm ayetlerine yaklaşımlarını, üçüncü bölümde ise muamelat hükümlerini inceledim. Tâhir b. Âşûr açıklamalarında kendisinden önce yazılan tefsirlerden yararlanmıştır. İbn Âşûr'un bu tefsiri hem rivayet hem de dirayet yönünden seçkin bir eserdir. İbn Âşûr, ahkâm ayetlerini ehl-i sünnetin amelî mezheplerinin görüşleri çerçevesinde açıklarken ehl-i sünnet dışı görüşleride yer yer eleştirmiştir. İbn Âşûr'un tercihlerinde Kuran ve ayet bütünlüğü, Arapların kullanımı, ayetin zahir anlamı, umum ve mutlak oluşu, Rasûlullah'tan gelen sahih rivayetler, ümmetin icması gibi sebepler belirleyici olmaktadır. His most famous work is the 30-volume commentary on the Quran titled "et-Tahrîr ve'ttanvîr" (Registration and Explanation). In this study, we will systematically examine Tahir b. Ashur's commentary on the legal verses of the Holy Quran. We will try to clarify her approach to the issues as a result of our study by conveying the methods she followed in her unique style and the sources she used, the issues on which she agreed or disagreed with the information in these sources. Study; It consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, Tahir b. Ashur's life, the situation of the Islamic world and the Maghreb geography during his time; In the first part, Tahir b. Ashur's life, teachers, scientific personality and works; In the second part, Tahir b. In the commentary of Ashur, I examined their approach to the ruling verses, and in the third chapter, I examined the transaction provisions. Tahir b. Ashur mede use of the tafsirs written earlier in his statements. Ibn Ashur's tafsîr is a distinguished work in terms of Tafsīr al-Dirāyah and Rivāyah. While Ibn Ashur explained the verses of the rules within the framework of the views of the practical sects of the Ahl al-Sunnah, he also sometimes criticized the views outside the Ahl al-Sunnah. Reasons such as the integrity of the Quran and the verses, the use of the Arabs, the apparent meaning of the verse, its general and absolute nature, authentic narrations from the Prophet, and the consensus of the ummah are decisive in Ibn Ashur's choices.
