The substitution reactions of l-(dichloro)phosphinyl-2,2,2- trichlorophosphazene C12P(0)N=PC13 (1) with an excees of primary amines ( t- butylamine) and secondary amines (piperidine and diisopropylamine) in acetonitrile have been investigated. The reactions of compound (1) with t-butylamine, piperidine and diisopropylamine in acetonitrile gave three acylic phosphazanes and four phosphinoylamines. The structures of these compounds have been determined by elemantal analaysis, IR, *H-, 1SC- ve MP-NMR spectral data. The structure of 1-dichloro phosphinoyl-2,2, dichIoro-2-diisopropylaminophosphazane was also determined by X- ray crytallographic data.
