Kalecik karası üzüm çeşidi klonlarının ürün verimi ve kalitesi ile gelişmesi üzerine terbiye şekli, budama şiddeti ve sulama uygulamalarının etkileri
Abstract
This experiment was carried out to determine the effects of irrigation and pruning severity on growth, yield and quality of three clones (9, 12, 16) of Kalecik Karası grown on 1103 P with cordon and Guyot training systems in Ankara between 2004-2007.Significant increase in berry size and yield as a result of three times irrigation at berry set, pea size and veraison had no marked effect on crop quality. Both training systems were found to be convenient for three clones in spite of some slight favors of Guyot. Minimum loading (12 buds per vine) in unirrigated vines decreased yield and increased crop quality, but maximum loading (21 buds per vine) in irrigated vines resulted opposite effect. For this reason, medium loading at 15 or 18 buds per vine can be recommended for both unirrigated and irrigated vineyards to balance yield and quality in semi-arid conditions of Ankara. While the clonal variations generally were not significant, but clones can be graded as 12 ? 16 > 9 regarding the whole data.
